Even I struggle to maintain the best exercise routine.
With all the information we are exposed to it can be difficult to choose which exercises to include in a routine that will give you the most bang for your time and energy.
And while I am a huge fan of periodization (changing your routine to hit all systems and achieve results for every) .
I do know that having a routine is better than no routine at all.
So, if you cannot afford the time, money, and commitment to a personal trainer (which I highly recommend!) then at least create a simple routine for yourself.
I encourage people to contact an expert trainer to teach them proper form, figure out weights for your distinct goals, and teach you a routine for YOU.
