50 minute: includes unique workouts aligned with your program goals. Additional at home programs are available as add ons. See me 3x a week and complete the at home plan solo.
Talk goals, nutrition, movement patterns, restrictions- let me help you get out of pain and start moving towards your next goal - whether that is to pick up a basket without pain or run a personal best in the 5k.

Partner/Small Group: A group or team (2-4 people) and let's get started!

Teacher/Office Bootcamp: Gather a group from school or from the office and get started together today! Group fitness is a blast! Gather a group of teachers 1-2 times a week for a quick burn and end with some yoga before heading to your second job! I love teachers!

Team Training:
Team Training (6-20 athletes): Sport Specific perfect for soccer, cross country, or any teams who want to improve with proper form, technique, and programming.

Running:
In Person Track or Trail Coaching for teams or individuals
For ages 5 yrs. old to well, who says you need to be a kid, teenager, or on a team to have an in person coach? Let me bring you through a proper warm up, administer the workout, and provide coaching tips and cues throughout and upon completion. Sometimes, accountability and a coach who can take the lead so you can focus on the effort is the magic to success for a key session. Big Goals equal Big Focus.

Youth Out-of-Season Personal Coaching:
*This can be done virtually, but it is highly recommended to schedule a strength and mobility session 1-3 times a week at Emerge Fitness in St. Charles for injury prevention, mobility, and strength work and as a face-to-face check in with Coach. Athletes receive training prescriptions each Sunday for the upcoming week to execute around his/her schedule. The athlete is required to LOG and SEND (if virtual) or show (if training at Emerge too) to Coach every Sunday for review and feedback.

Emerge Fitness Strength/Mobility Sessions
