Fascia Release and reorganization of degenerative or injured tissues through a plethora of certified modalities to find what your body responds best to include: Evidence based stretching protocols(assisted and guided); tissue health and pliability including side kick muscle scraping, vibration therapy, massage gun attachments, Normatec Compression sleeves increasing blood flow.

these are a hidden gym if you are someone who is interested in learning how to get through a perfectly challenging interval or tempo session. Learn mental strategies, breathing techniques, and have an experienced athelte/coach who knows what this kind of work feels and looks like. Having a coach next to you enables cuing and encouragement along the way. Need more convincing? I know the right questions to ask to ensure we are hitting the correct system and adaptation along with form cues and mental strategies many top elite athletes use to push themselves to their optimal performance during practice and race day. After-all, if you don't go there a bit in practice, then you are leaving a lot of preparedness on the roads! Trust me, this one has worked for ALL of my clients who have committed to this program once a week for a goal or build up to a race or try out. But, You've got to be brave. You've got to show up, You've got to decide you want it.

Level 2 (Final Surge Program written for YOU only)
-Must Add 1 x week in person personal coaching session at Emerge Fitness St. Charles, (option face time).
Level 3 (Final Surge Program written for YOU only)

Level 4 (Final Surge Program written for YOU only)
-No Required Calls or Emerge Visits; but encourage them at your need and convenience.
Level 1 (Final Surge Program written for YOU only)
-16 week program to your next goal.
Level 1 is not coaching, but is a program written specifically for you and delivered through the AP Final Surge. This is a self guided program; although, I encourage you to see me in person at Emerge Fitness in St. Charles at your need and convenience throughout to avoid injury or need for modifications of plan as you go.

Individual Personal Training Virtual or In Person (60 or 45 or 30 minute sessions)

Every session includes a unique workout aligned with your functional assessment results and your program goals. Ask abut additional at home programs. See me 1-3x a week and complete the at home plan solo.

Unique Run Coaching Options
In Person Track, Trail, or Race Pacing Coaching for teams or individuals.
For anybody who wants to run train and get better. Let me bring you through a proper warm up, administer the workout, and provide coaching tips and cues throughout and upon completion. Sometimes, accountability and a coach who can take the lead so you can focus on the effort is the magic to success for a key session. Big Goals equal Big Focus.

Youth Out-of-Season Personal Coaching:
*This can be done virtually, but it is highly recommended to schedule a strength and mobility session 1-3 times a week at Emerge Fitness in St. Charles for injury prevention, mobility, and strength work and as a face-to-face check in with Coach. Athletes receive training prescriptions each Sunday for the upcoming week to execute around his/her schedule. The athlete is required to LOG and SEND (if virtual) or show (if training at Emerge too) to Coach every Sunday for review and feedback.

Emerge Fitness Strength/Mobility Sessions
Schedule a consultation:
(1) communicate your goals, lifestyle, and preferences.
(2) Tour your new training environment.
(3) Choose a Package that best fits your needs.
Remember- Change requires education, commitment, and tiny habit change over time.
Team Training:
Team Training (6-20 athletes): Sport Specific perfect for soccer, cross country, or any teams who want to improve with proper form, technique, and programming.
