  • Access YOUR  training plan/calendar anywhere on the TrainingPeaks mobile and desktop apps.

  • Track your performance with several data tracking and graphs.

  • Plan for your goal race(s) or event in the TrainingPeaks calendar.

  • Track your weight, sleep, hours, fatigue and stress while you train.

  • Syncs daily with other popular apps like Garmin, Strava, and MyFitnessPal.

Running is a RELATIONSHIP

So, while I do  Final Surge with some of my athletes for others I use my own developed programming system that is not as techy for those clients who don't want to be attached to tech- I understand - I am sometimes this type of runner! That's another great reason to train with me- I can do old school log or tech log ha!

 

The athlete can choose what best fits his or her motivation and lifestyle at the time and even switch if feel need a break from the wearables! I get it- I have separated a couple times through my career and come back when mentally rested.

 

I have clients who like technology and others who prefer simple pencil paper.

 

I am a personal coach, so I can do what is personal for YOU. none of my plans are the same; many online coaches are just giving simple, repetitive plans - mine are so curtailed to your exact needs- I use Daniels, Pfitzinger, Fitzgerald, Noakes, Magness, Hutchinson, Galloway, Kastor, Vigil, Mahone, Koop, Roache, Friholi, Dicharry, STACY SIMS- love her!!!

Ok! But, I literally have read EVERY running book ever written about 10 times..haha I'm not kidding- ask my husband and children ha! I love it.

 

So when I talk with you, and get to know YOU, I can create the masterpiece that is YOUR training plan which will evolve through your journey and life. Let me blend all my the science, philosophy, and psychology to fit your unique needs: socially, physically, mentally, emotionally -

 

This makes all the difference in your contentment and long term growth in this process. I know it did for me when working with my coach Sheldon Webster.  I don't think anyone had the same plan as me - but it was perfect for me!

Hiring a coach is best for long term running goals and races. Whether you want to finish your first 5k, marathon, or run up and down a mountain, I can get you there strong, healthy, and happy.

 

*Although this is done super effective done virtually,  it is highly recommended to schedule a strength and mobility session 1-3 times a week at Emerge Fitness in St. Charles for injury prevention, mobility, and strength work and as a face-to-face check in with Coach. 

 

Athletes receive training prescriptions each Sunday for the upcoming week to execute around his/her schedule. The athlete is required to LOG or upload garmin or strava on apple watch to final surge.
