16 Week Individual Daily Program
​
This is not daily coaching, but a program written specifically for you and delivered through the AP Final Surge. This works great for my athletes who are highly motivated and just need the plan and no extra coaching services.

Level One (Final Surge Program written for YOU only)
--A plan written and managed for you and your lifestyle and goals.
--This plan requires you to add a min. 1xmonth in person personal coaching session at Emerge Fitness St. Charles, (option facetime). 149/month (
Level Two (Final Surge Program written for YOU only)
--Same as above but you are only required to add a minimum of 1xmonth coaching session at emerge. 179/month
Level Three (Final Surge Program written for YOU only).
Same as above with no Required Calls or Emerge Visits; but encourage them at your need and convenience. 199/month

Each item below comes with the ultimate thought, care, concern & ethics in serving you with clarity and the absolute best, prompt, reliable services; provided to you in the safest, cleanest, smartest environment in the area.

A 3 month verbal commitment to begin your program journey towards those personal goals. Consistency is magic. Patience, commitment, and hard work within your healthy limits is our goal. If you do not come regularly, we will not safely be able to progressively load your movement program. At the least concern, you will not see results and even worse risk injury from inconsistency. Accountability is key.

Prior 48 hour cancellation notice- no exceptions or make ups for less. Please see “How Do your sessions work” below for further clarity and always feel free to ask me questions if you are unsure.

Required to meet (in person or virtual) at least 1 x a week or whatever price point you choose (x per week) Although I will try and reach out, ultimately it is your responsibility to reschedule within ONE month of a missed session to avoid losing that session.

Please keep track of your sessions if needed for your peace of mind.

For a pause or cancellation in training for seasonal, surgeries, trips, ect, please provide a text or some other notification 2 weeks prior to allow for a replacement in your slot and to schedule make ups ASAP.

Must have CC on file so autopay occurs every 4 weeks. Need 2 weeks notice for cancellation of services.

Sessions expire a month from date of purchase or a reschedule prior - see above.

Snow schedule based upon your local school district for same day cancellations.
How Do Your Emerge Sessions Work?

If you schedule a pay as go session, you will be billed 48 hours prior to holding that session.

When your purchase of sessions is complete, these sessions will automatically add to your account. For instance, if you see me 2xweek, 8 sessions will be added every 4 weeks. If you see me 1x a week, 4 sessions are added every 4 weeks. See me 5 times a week, 20 sessions add.

To get the most out of your training, it is imperative that you notify me-by the week prior- if you are planning on missing sessions, so we can schedule a make up within the month missed and I can fill this slot. Or the session will be forfeited.

All you need to do is show up (I am your trainer after all) or notify me by Sunday prior to that week.

AND, For my part, if I have to cancel on you under the same terms above, a free session will be added to your account.

I know this is a commitment, and I promise you will receive the best personal training this business has to offer; plus, you do get incentivized for your growth and commitment.

Emerge will hold challenges throughout the year for opportunities to win free sessions and more. I encourage you to participate with doctor approval and if they meet your training goals.

If you complete all of your sessions in each three month period without cancellations, make ups, pauses, a free session will be awarded to your account!

For my part, if I have to cancel on you last minute, a free session will be added to your account.
