This plan will get the motivated cross country runner in a consistent routine that will bring multiple PRs this FALL without the injury that comes from a haphazard plan.
While following this program, your athlete will get daily email alerts/ reminders of the workout to be executed for each day leading up to school practice in August.
The mileage and workout volume can be adjusted by myself or another coach as each athlete has a different mileage weekly goal that fits his or her current fitness, experience, time available, and injury concerns.
