Don’t have the time or means to hire a personal trainer but want to begin a journey towards personal wellness and longevity in the safest form?
I can help!
While I love to work alongside all my clients, I understand how busy life can become: practices, games, vacations, school, not to mention your own work and life….
Wait, what life..lol
Ok just kidding,
I have two options for you:
A) Consider virtual strength training: send me a picture of your space and any equipment you have (all or none of the tools I can work with!) and we meet face time for our sessions. I can see your form, give you cues, and demo all exercises for you while you do the workout right from your home. This may be a great option if you have little ones, are not able to drive, or are a snow bird in the winter. Whatever the reason, I love the diversity of this training option as it can be just as if not more effective than in person training.
B) I am offering a one time exciting program.
THE DETAILS:
Sign up for a 6 session package. 1 every week. 2 check-ins each month after.
1st session we will talk about goals, obtain a baseline for your current fitness, run through a functional movement assessment, and I will create an at home program for you to complete as you start your fitness journey. We will also set up our next 5 sessions.
2nd session
We will review your personal at home program. In fact, this session, I’ll watch and teach you proper movement patterns- all of them! So that you do the exercises correctly and can transfer these movements and the strength you gain to your everyday activities.
3rd session
We begin our nutrition conversation. At the next session, I'll have you bring in a journal of your current nutrition and we will create actual daily nutrition plans to meet your goals. The journal will help us look at your specific strengths and weaknesses and we will build upon this to elevate your individual needs.The majority of this session we will continue working on movement and breathing patterns to maximize your at home workouts.
4th session
We will review your journal. Then, I will give you some great information and tips before I teach you how to fuel your day considering your energy needs and health and fitness goals. I have a unique and fun way of building this plan! Its flexible and simple, and the best part is it is a strategy- so once you learn it and practice it, you will automatically start thinking of nutrition and choices in this manner. This is not a diet, its a lifestyle meeting your body and minds needs so you function optimally.
Session 5
This session is scheduled for 1 month after the last session as a check in and another workout routine.
Session 6
This session is scheduled for 1 month after the last session as a check in and another workout routine.
