Do I need a Coach? What level of Investment Do I Need?



Well, I can't answer that one for you, but I do know how beneficial and mind settling it can be to have someone who is an expert managing me- lol. Yep, management. That word is defined different for different personalities: do you need acountability, do you need organization of workouts and thoughts, do you need advice along the way, do you need encouragement, do you need honesty, do you need someone to tell you when to rest, do you need? ha! I think we could all use a coach if we are serious about REALLY wanting to do something. Take a look - for you, for a loved one, or for your kiddo! I love working with goal oriented individuals of ALL levels.


Considering Investing in A Professional Walk/Run Coach?

  1. If you are serious about meeting your walking/running goals, read what each level entails to choose the right one for you!

  3. Schedule your initial coach call through the website or email coach.

  4. After the call, purchase your desired level and get ready to go and glow!


INITIAL COACH CALL (Plan for 50-60 minutes)

  • First step to personal coaching.

  • Call or in person meet with Coach for a Discovery interview.

  • Talk about your history, current status, and goals.

  • This call will determine where your plan will take you.

  • Bring any questions, challenges, or insights that will help your coach understand your unique physiology, psychology, and lifestyle.

  • $79.


LEVEL THREE: PERSONAL RUNNING COACH

  • Plan requires that you schedule a coaching consultation FIRST.

  • A run or walk plan written for YOU and your unique goals.

  • Build a coaching relationship while chipping away at goals!

  • This plan allows for coaches to advise on modification as the plan unfolds.

  • Coach communication throughout the training cycle.

  • Race Plans and advice along the way.

  • accountability knowing the coach is viewing on the other side; although you have to do the running!

  • Access to free Strength, mobility, and foam rolling Emerge Fitness classes throughout the year along with any perks as a team member.

  • Access to our Team Facebook page along with locked content


WHY SUBSCRIPTION? This plan requires a commitment with a monthly subscription because a coach athlete relationship requires an investment and commitment from both ends. As coaches, we will only take a limited number of athletes so we are able to give our best. This is a process that will unwrap many possibilities you may never realize when working solo. You are hiring a Coach who has the knowledge and insight into athletic behaviors, thoughts, and reactions to certain types of training along with providing support in navigating the bumpy road that is a long journey towards your running goals.



LEVEL TWO ($79/monthly)

  • Best for long term goals BUT is SELF MANAGED throughout.

  • Level 2 starts with an Initial Coaching Call to interview and get to know you in order to develop a long term plan; but then the athlete manages the process ON OWN.

  • You have access to team pages, content, and any team perks.

  • Level 2 does not include coaching communication throughout.

  • Level 2 does require a commitment month to month towards long term progress.

  • Level 2 presents each training phase to a specific desired adaptation and builds on the next, requiring your coach to view data, individual responses, and personality.

  • Race Plan for each training cycle race.

  • Perfect if you have a walking or running goal

  • Plan created specific to YOU

  • Self Managed; not personal coaching as plan progresses

  • $625.


LEVEL ONE -12 MONTHS

  • A YEAR of Running Plans for YOU

  • An optimal year of training fit to your long term goals

  • self managed; not a personal coach

  • $975.


A Note On Level One- best for short term goals (desire to complete a walk, 5k, half marathon, or marathon program and may never want to do that AGAIN! HA!.) Keep in mind that the plan is written progressively, specific to YOUR current fitness and around your lifestyle. Although, the plan is self managed- no coach communication, accountability, or management.
